All product certifications are available on the Eldon website. Additionally, Eldon helps customers obtain any additional certifications required for custom enclosures. This means that some independent laboratories will verify, on behalf of Eldon, the conformity of the customized enclosures based on international standards such as, but not limited to, IEC 62208, cULus Listed 508A, GOST and CSA.

Support tools

The Eldon website provides a wide range of support tools, including CAD drawings (2D DXF, PDF and STEP), product datasheets, assembly instructions and thermal management software. Eldon's thermal management software is an advanced support tool that facilitates the sizing of various components, such as filter fans, cooling units, heat exchangers and heaters, used in enclosures.


Founded in the second half of the seventies, CEM has always stood out for maintaining a high quality standard of its products.


CEM began its activity as a production of electrical carpentry, quickly characterizing itself for production based on customer designs. This was followed by the production of fairings and protections for machine tools, work centers and automatic machines.


A technical office with highly qualified personnel, equipped with modern three-dimensional graphics systems, develops the requests of our customers. Once the customer's approval has been obtained, we move on to the actual executive drawing which will be used both to develop the machining programs of the numerically controlled machines and by the operators in the various phases of construction, assembly and finishing of the product. Our designers can also work on staff with customers in order to follow the orders from the initial idea stage, through the design and continuing with the supervision of the practical implementation.


CEM, sensitive to the quality needs of its products and its activities, deemed it necessary to establish and maintain operational a documented Company Quality System aimed at obtaining maximum customer satisfaction.


Processes such as cutting, folding, calendering and welding are carried out using highly specialized and cutting-edge equipment. Automated bending machines, welding robots, numerically controlled punching and shearing machines, laser cutting, are the technologies that our qualified staff uses daily to achieve maximum precision and quality. The materials that are normally processed are the most varied, ranging from stainless steel to polycarbonate, the most used raw material, however pickled and/or galvanized steel remains in the form of sheet metal. An automatic line for applying sealing gaskets closes the automated processing cycle. Selected personnel carry out an accurate check of the products and, if necessary, complete the assembly operations required for each product.


After over thirty years of activity, success and continuous growth, CEM now deals only with special carpentry, therefore the two current divisions, special designed electrical carpentry and fairings and protections for automatic machines and work centres, offer a wide range of products suitable to satisfy the demands of an increasingly exigent market in terms of quality and competitiveness.
